Notion AI is AI built into Notion: notes, documents, databases, and team wikis. It works with your content—answering questions based on knowledge base pages, filling in tables, and writing and editing text—so there’s no need to move data to a separate chatbot.

What it can do

  • Notion Agent. Handles multi-step tasks: creates pages and databases, updates records, and prepares reports.
  • Meeting notes. Records, transcribes, and summarizes calls.
  • Enterprise search. Answers questions based on Notion and connected services such as Slack, Google Drive, GitHub, and others.
  • Writing. Drafts, edits, translates, and summarizes pages.
  • Databases. Automatically fills in properties and processes PDFs and other files.
  • Model selection — models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and others.

Plans

The Free and Plus plans ($10 per member per month, billed annually) include only trial access to AI. Full Notion AI is included in the Business plan, starting at $20 per member per month, billed annually. Enterprise pricing is available upon request.

FAQ

Do I need a VPN to use the service?

It depends on your region. If the service is not available in your country, its site says so; a VPN is a way around regional limits, but follow the rules of the service and the laws of your country. The easiest check is to open the service site.

Is it safe to share my data with an AI tool?

Do not enter passwords, payment details, personal data or trade secrets. Many services store requests and may use them to train models, especially on free plans. Check the privacy policy and the settings of the service, where training can often be switched off.
